Exchanges and Returns
We hope everything went well with your order.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept exchanges, all items received in our warehouse are refunded or returned.
If you need a new size or color, you will have to place a new order, you can also get in touch ( email@example.com/social networks/chat) if you have any questions.
All returned items are subject to inspection by our Quality Control team to check their condition, items with tags removed or showing signs of use cannot be accepted.
We offer two options for returning your items!
The customer has the right to a return if it is found that the products supplied have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the items ordered, the amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 15 working days. The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, except Multibanco and MBWay.
Returns can be made within 15 days online, from the date of receipt of the order, if you wish to make your return online, this period increases to 30 days in physical stores .
Deliveries for returns to a physical store are free and can be made at any of our stores, accompanied by the corresponding receipt.
Remember: Shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
For the exchange to be made, the item must not have been used or washed and must be in the same condition as it was sent. After receiving the item, if it is not as mentioned above, the exchange will not be made.
Items that are damaged due to errors in use/washing will not be exchanged, as Nidi is not responsible for their misuse/washing.
Products must be complete with all the parts that make them up and even with their respective identification labels.
The exchange will only be made after we receive the item and verify that it is in the conditions described above. You will be informed within three days of receipt of the item to be exchanged whether the exchange can be made.
The exchange may be made for another item of another size or another model, however, the exchange will have to be made for an item of equal value to the higher value, which is in stock.
This measure only applies to the exchange of items in our physical stores. Online refunds are only accepted when the item is returned.
You should always contact support ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) before going to one of our stores, to ensure the item is available for exchange.
Name, telephone number, address, order number, reason for exchange, reference and size of the item you wish to exchange or return, reference and size of the item you wish to exchange.
After receiving the item to be exchanged/returned, the item will be evaluated and checked to ensure that all conditions are met.
