General Terms and Conditions:

The E-Gift Card (the Card) is valid for the purchase of items sold in our store;

Valid for 1 year;

The Card is the property of the issuing entity, with the Card holder being a mere user of the same;

The value of the E-Gift Card must be used in full;

Any remaining balance on the Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash;

Whenever a Virtual Card is purchased, we will not be responsible for non-receipt or delay in receipt of it by the respective recipient for reasons beyond our control, including, among others:
(i) deficiencies or damage to telecommunications lines/systems,
(ii) the delay in the transmission of information or data or the loss of information or data that occurs in any of the situations set out in paragraph (i) above;
(iii) incorrect virtual Card recipient data provided by the Card purchaser;
(iv) impossibility of delivering the Card to the email address provided, or (v) the fact that the email sent is considered spam or unwanted email;

The Card cannot be used for advertising or promotion purposes of articles or services marketed by third parties, unless the issuing entity has given its prior written consent;

The purchase and/or use of the Card implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions, which were made available to the customer when purchasing the Card;

Exchanges and Returns:
The E-Gift Card is non-refundable.

Shipping:
The E-Gift Card is sent to the email address you indicate to us, on the day of your choice.
